Alessandra Ferri’s “Evolution”: You can’t help getting older, but you don’t have to get old

Alessandra Ferri will present her premiere of Evolution on the 30th of July in Rome. The show speaks out on the growth, reborn, evolution of the human soul. The great star lifts up the stage with her artistic soul. Alessandra Ferri is totally renewed; the age is not a problem for her. Her art is nowadays much more exquisite, due to her self-awareness: the age is a state of mind, and it can give new undertones to the art of dancing. The performance is about an evolution in the art of dancing. Perhaps the evolution of life as well. Alessandra Ferri will go with Herman Cornejo, first ballerino of the American Ballett, and other famous dancers. “Evolution” is a choreography that takes the names of some very famous choreographers such as Frederick Ashton, Lar Lubovitch, Twyla Tharp and Angelin Preljocaj. In addition a work by Christopher Wheeldon will be shown as well. The music comes from the masterworks of Mozart, Rachmaninoff, Pärt, Richter, Macdonald, Zhurbin and beyond. You will hear, indeed, some famous tracks of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Nina Simone
